Some friendships last a lifetime,
While others are only temporary...
Then again….isn’t this physical lifetime only...temporary?
I’d like to say that "it’s sad to see some friendships die", but my physical life’s logic claims that: “because it will happen...it’s meant to happen.”
I guess what I’m trying to say is that: some of us look forward to an ‘after life’, or another life after “this” life, while others simply do not.
There are people who are seeking to find a lifetime of friend-partners, while others are merely concerned with the friendships that are presented before them; in other words, they are not seeking friendships that seem to go beyond the definition of time...they are only concerned with friendships presented ‘in this moment’ - not next year, or the next three to five years - right now.
And you know what? THAT’S okay too.
